Please get in touch with us via email or phone, explaining the issue clearly and providing any relevant details (such as photos, job reference, or dates).

Once we’ve received your complaint, a member of our team will look into the matter. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and provide a resolution within 5–7 working days.
Step 3: Resolution
If a mistake has been made or expectations haven't been met, we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means repairing, replacing, or working out an agreeable solution.
Step 4: Escalation (if needed)
If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, we’ll escalate the matter internally for a second review.
